Overview

This policy describes what information orivix.ai collects and how Orivix uses it. The site is informational. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party resources.

Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs for every request: IP address, requested page, browser user agent, and timestamp. We use these logs to operate and secure the site. Access logs are retained for approximately 14 days and then deleted.

Signing up

When you submit your email address on the homepage, we store it together with the time of signup and the standard request metadata described above. We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your access to Orivix. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. The site is hosted on Google Cloud, whose infrastructure processes requests on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

Signup records are kept for as long as we need them to manage your access. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@orivix.ai. We honor deletion requests without conditions.

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. We use it only to respond to you.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example when the product itself launches, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
